Do I need to pay in full at the time of booking?

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled departure. Group bookings of 10 or more guests require full payment at least 7 days in advance.

What should I wear on the tour?

Comfortable, layered clothing is ideal — mornings on the Strait of Gibraltar can be breezy even in summer. We recommend non-slip, rubber-soled shoes. A light waterproof jacket, sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen are essential during daylight hours.

What items are NOT allowed on board?

The following are not permitted: drones, glass bottles, alcohol brought from outside, illegal substances, or any items that could harm marine wildlife. Large suitcases and excess luggage cannot be accommodated on our vessels.

If conditions at sea are deemed unsafe by our skipper or the Gibraltar Port Authority, we will cancel the departure and offer you a full refund or a rebooking at no extra charge.

More than 48 hours before departure: full refund. 24 to 48 hours before departure: deposit non-refundable, balance refunded. Less than 24 hours before departure: no refund. No-show on the day: no refund.

Dolphins are spotted on over 95% of our tours. The waters around Gibraltar are home to resident populations of common and bottlenose dolphins year-round. Sightings cannot be 100% guaranteed as these are wild animals in their natural habitat.

Drones are strictly prohibited on all our tours and within proximity to marine mammals. This is both a legal requirement under Gibraltar regulations and an ethical commitment to minimising stress to wildlife.

All our vessels carry full life jacket sets for every passenger, life rafts, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, flares, VHF radios, and GPS emergency beacons (EPIRBs). Boats are regularly inspected and certified by the Gibraltar Port Authority.
